We have a flat 20% first year package fee structure so we can exceed your expectations and deliver Top Tier Talent for Mid Market rates.

You CONTACT us and tell us what you need. We suggest a shortlist to you and then you conduct “first filter” telephone interviews. Based on the outcome of the phone interviews either we iterate the shortlist (which is rare) or move on to the face-to-face interview stage.

It really varies but it can be as short as next day start! The successful candidates’s availability is usually the limiting factor. If the candidate is available immediately and the interviewer diaries can be lined up quickly then it can all happen very quickly…
You need to develop a reputation for being a good place for top talent to work. That will take a combination of providing interesting and challenging work, have already hired great talent for new people to learn from and work with and provide a great culture and employee benefits.
If you have a couple of months you could use LinkedIn or whatever to source the talent you need but it takes a LONG time and takes a lot of effort. We’ve already done that bit for you though so we already know the best talent that is available in the market right now and can get them in front of you right away.
