Taking inbound calls and makings outbound calls to reach to an arrangement of the client to settle his/her arrear amount with African Bank, i listen without being condescending. I’m willing to hear what others have to say without rushing to judgment. I’m patient and genuine in their desire to understand the thoughts and feelings of the people they lead. I also forthright with their people lastly I communicate openly and often.

● My quality call (way & manor of speaking with clients) was always rated 5 star call.
● At African Bank I was able to close a deal of R120000 with only one call.
