Delivered PCI-DSS certification, and ISO27002 cyber compliance across the required 17 dimensions, achieving overall score better then benchmark.
Managed a unique EMEA-wide technology refresh project with a $35M budget.
Launched a Data Intelligence platform for a multinational insurer within 6 months from inception to PoC.

TRANSFORMATION

Orchestrated the creation and execution of a major digital transformation programme, resulting in an improved TOM, efficiencies and service.
Led investment portfolio of c.£1bn to support Network Rail’s Strategic Business Plan for its regulatory 5yr funding cycle, e.g. Control Period.
Designed and developed the Viper innovation hub, with ML and AI capabilities to improve value creation.
Spearheaded the creation of NR’s Business-Aligned IT strategy, including – vision, architectural states, principles, governance framework, and architecture roadmap.
Engineered and commercialised a mobile-first consumer finance product.

With significant experience in many sectors and verticals, coupled with a strong business acumen, Nimrod is able to support the executive team with value-creating and revenue-generating decisions in service of the shareholders.
During his tenure as CTO of NSF, the acquisition of one lender (out of 3) required a rapid business service restructure which Nimrod led, and consequently took 35% of service fees out, saving more than £750K monthly expense.

STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP

As the creator of the ‘Viper digital hub’, Nimrod has a proven and tested strategy development methodology which has been implemented in many of his recent assignments. It includes all the required steps and components to achieve a clear thought-through strategic business plan which aligns shareholders objectives with the right investments. Companies such as SAS, PFG, NSF, Network Rail and others have had their business-aligned digital strategies successfully developed within this hub and under his leadership.
